I ordered these feathers so that each student in my class  would receive one after earning it as a pbis/thanksgiving prize.I was disappointed that a third of the feathers in each package I received were crunched up on the side. I don't know if this was from shipping or from the manufacturer's packaging. In any case they were unusable and I'm glad I ordered extra packages. Will find a different source for next year.
