|Do you accept School Purchase Orders?|
|We accept purchase orders from most schools. We request a faxed PO with the first purchase, and depending upon your school district's policy, we can setup a simplifed online ordering process. Our PO Fax number is (866) 572-8146; For more information visit our page on school purchase orders.|
|Do I have to pay sales tax?|
|You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Colorado. If you are a school or tax-exempt business we can up an account to avoid sales tax. Please fax your tax exempt certificate to , if this applies to you.|
|I have a question on my charges.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.|
|I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.|
|When will my credit appear on my account?|
|Credits are processed within two (2) business days, and usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).|
|When will my credit card, PayPal or Google account be charged?|
|Your credit card or Google Checkout account will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
PayPal orders are charged at the time of order. Upon receipt of payment via PayPal your order will be release to shipping. Incomplete PayPal transactions will be canceled after three(3) days.
