There was a mix up in the delivery of the order, and I haven't received my items yet. I received a whole shipment of children's scissors instead. Your kind Customer Service representative was able to "hunt" down my package of items in a few days and reroute them to me. I am still awaiting the arrival of my items. My rating for the items is "poor" because I haven't received them yet, not that they themselves are poor.
